Reason for Sale

The seller states - We are very sad to have to sell these exceptionally well made sofas, but we are having to downsize imminently and are looking to sell within the next month.
Known Faults This Knole sofa would only require one seat cushion to have a small amount of refilling. Apart from that the fabric and other cushions are in good order.
Further Notes Most orders for these great items were via shows such as the Ideal Home Show from the second half of the 1990s to 2004... Here is a quote from 2004 pre-show literature... Two Bylaw icons… The BARON of BYLAW… the large and impressive Chesterfield sofa and… THE KNOLE… perhaps the most traditional of all sofas… are available in literally hundreds of fabrics to assure maximum customer choice. Note the previous ByBay ad No. 0598 is a Baron of Bylaw sofa from the same vendor.
